We had the Very best tree care experience ever the crew did a beautiful job and I will definitely hire Ponce Tree Services again in the future.

We just hired Ponce Tree services again last week!  One of our huge pecan trees broke down due to weight of pecans and the awful dry heat. So sad the poor tree was blocking the road. Amuary was awesome, very responsive and respectful I called him up to get estimate and he gave me a great price. His crew showed up an hour earlier than expected! They removed 2 big trees, 1 Large Tree in the back yard that split from the storm and the other hackberry tree. These guys are good! great guys. I was more than pleased with the work, his team is quick and great at what they do. They were efficient and productive during the work time. We are very happy with Ponce Tree Services.  I had called several companies, and no one had time to come over and give us a free estimate. When I called Ponce Tree Services, a very nice lady (Gloria) answered with a lovely and wonderful attitude, and she took my number and asked me to send pictures. As soon as I sent the pictures, Mr Amaury called back. He came to the house it was after work hours (7 pm), checked the double trunk tree, gave me the price quote, told us that his team would arrive the next day at 9 am.   They were punctual and arrived at 9 am as promised. The work team did their work with precision and without delay, and also with a constant smile as they work. All the team members worked with extreme sinchronization and thorough diligence. It was quite the display of excellence in motion. They removed the tree and cleaned up the backyard, the garage alley, and the back alley by 11 am. It was almost magical how the tree trunk remnants were cut and removed. This last round of storms and wind cracked a tree on my property line length-wise, and part of it was hanging over my roof, which gave me a pretty good scare.  Add that to the fact that I've been pretty lax about having my trees taken care of in the last few years, and I was pretty worried about cost and scope.  I found these guys from googling, and they were out at my house the very next day (while I know there was a big demand, cause everybody had tree problems from the storms), verified that the cracked tree over my roof would hold til the next morning, and did ALL of my yard plus an extra chore for a reasonable price.  They did a great job and were very courteous, even leaving me part of the bough like I asked so I can make it into something.  Was very happy with their work and my yard looks a lot nicer now. Told me they’d be out to my house in 2-3 hours. After 3 hours I called back and was told he would call me in 30 min. I am so pleased with the work Amaury and his crew did for my yard. They cleaned and pruned up my trees and removed dead limbs from my bushes. Everything looks brighter in my yard.
